the hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the lake and other shops. the rooms were spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the fact that there were no windows in the room, making it very dark and perfect for a good night's sleep. the hotel's lobby is also very cute, and the breakfast offerings, including pho, eggs, and pancakes, were delicious. Special thanks to Ms. Thao and Mr Bao Anh at the reception for their exceptional service and making my stay even better. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 🌟.
